Install a tire perpendicular to the design and run towards the design pool deck. Space boards 1/8 inch apart and secure with two-inch tire screws treated for the type of wooden deck you are using. The curve of the pool is cut by cutting each tire on board individually. Place the board in place with the right distance and rub against the pool trim edges. Select the cutline as a key to the pool curve. Use a combination square to measure the resulting gap on one side of the card, and transfer it to the other side. Draw a line from the mark to the corner of the board and cut. At the end of the board is now a key to the pool curve. The sum of the keys will be a curved edge. Mount the tire board with a 1- to 2-inch gap between the board end and the pool trim edges.
