But due to certain constraints such as time taken to complete, available space, money and demand, they choose a smaller house. How about material estimates? The walls will need approximately 12,000 bricks. The roofing will require about 36 sheets, two external metallic doors and three timber panelled doors. Two flush doors, four main windows and about three smaller ones, you will need approximately 80 square metres of floor tiles. Meanwhile, what the another model houses? There is an economic house plan of two rooms with 10 m front and 8.4 meters deep. As you may have noticed, it is a compact design, designed for a family of few members since it only has two bedrooms and a bathroom.
